Why do we not negotiate?

We believe that negotiation is a time and energy consuming process that no one benefits from. As a commitment to this idea – our prices are the lowest in the industry. Without the “old-fashioned tradition” we are able to provide first-class experience for our customers.

Do we have the maintenance records?

Generally, we do not have any historical maintenance records in our possession. Some service history records are available in CarFax reports. Additionally, we maintain reconditioning records for all vehicles.

Do we deliver cars?

Yes, at the rate of $1.75 per mile or a minimum of $250. For out of state buyers and more information about remote buying please see our REMOTE BUYING guide.

Is it possible to have the vehicle inspected by a mechanic?

Any vehicle can be inspected by anyone on the lot. Any vehicle can be inspected by any certified mechanic located within 10 miles of us. Customers must arrange the vehicle inspection appointment directly with the service provider at least one day before the time of inspection. We deliver any vehicle to the inspection facility and pick it up after the inspection is performed. Customers are required to pay any inspection charges posted by third party shops. It is absolutely prohibited to remove any parts off the vehicle during the inspection. Vehicles must be returned on the same business day during our normal business hours.

Do we inspect our vehicles?

We inspect brakes, lights, tires, suspension, structural integrity, and other safety related items to ensure the vehicle meets all California safety requirements. All vehicles are sold “As-Is”. We allow customers to use their mechanic of choice to inspect any vehicle. Unwanted vehicles can be returned within 5 days or up to 500 miles, whichever occurs first, with the Contract Cancellation option elected during purchase of the vehicle. *Additional conditions apply, please contact us to request a copy of the Contract Cancellation form.

Do we work with Credit Unions?

Yes, we work with Schools First, NAVY, First Entertainment, USAA, and all other Credit Unions.

Why do we sell cars AS-IS?

All cars are sold as-is in order to provide low prices, in fact $3000 lower than the competition on average. Many cars still have a factory warranty. A third party warranty may be purchased and financed. All cars may be returned within 5 days or 500 miles with the Contract Cancellation option.

What warranty do we offer?

We offer different vehicle service plans, starting from basic powertrain plan. Our vehicle service plan prices are very low, some of the lowest in the industry.

Is it possible to qualify for a loan before visiting the dealership?

Yes, please go to the FINANCING page to submit a financing application online. We will get back with results shortly.

Do we have salvage vehicles?

Absolutely not, only clean title vehicles.

How to test drive a vehicle?

Please schedule an appointment and bring your Driver’s License with you.

What if no appointment was scheduled?

We cannot guarantee availability. Waiting times can be significantly longer.

Do we accept trade-ins?

What is covered under Vehicle Service Contract?

Our standard warranty covers the powertrain – engine and transmission. However, coverage for additional parts/features may be added at an additional cost which will also vary depending on the model, package and year of the car.

What is our return policy?

All sales are final. With the Contract Cancellation option cars can be returned in 5 days or up to 500 miles, whichever occurs first. *Additional conditions apply, please contact us to request a copy of the Contract Cancellation form.

Is insurance required to drive the car after purchase?

Yes, everyone must purchase an insurance coverage before they can drive.

Do banks report to all major credit bureaus?

Yes, our partnering banks report to major credit bureaus.

Can we estimate monthly payments, APR, downpayment, without credit check?

No, for an approximate calculation, please find an online loan calculator. A credit run is necessary for an any more detailed response.

What is the best possible APR with very good credit?

With our banks we have seen APR rates as low as 7%, with Credit Unions as low as 5%. (this answer was updated in November, 2023)

Do we work with bad credit?

We do our best to get approvals for everybody, but certain situations may require exceptions that we are not always able to provide. Specific responses depend on credit history.

Who takes care of the vehicle registration?

We file vehicle registration for all California residents. Outside of California residents must file registration in their state.

When to expect registration?

Registrations usually come in within a month from the date of sale. A temporary registration is placed on the vehicle at the time of sale.

Do we offer cash deals discounts?

We do not have any preferred payment methods. Prices are the same for all. 3% charge is applied to all card transactions exceeding $300.

Do we work with car dealers?

Yes, dealers buy from us. We offer $200 discount to licensed car dealers.

How to hold any vehicle with a holding deposit?

It takes a minimum of $300 to put a hold on a vehicle for 7 calendar days. We strongly recommend to consider vehicle hold payments only after the prospective buyer has inspected the vehicle of interest in person or by a trusted independent certified mechanic.

Where do we get cars?

All of the vehicles are off-lease cars, trade-ins, and occasionally previous rental. Most of our inventory comes from franchise (new car) stores.

How often do we get new inventory?

Every week. On average we sell cars within four weeks. Our inventory counts vary throughout the year.
